- be present in their studios at all times during these hours.
- admit visitors free of charge.
- display prices on their work (ONLY original work made by the registered artist will be allowed)
- make an effort to produce affordable art items for purchase, besides the big-ticket items.
- set up signage to guide people to their studios (Tour Committee provides “A” signs).
- not provide space at their studio for non-registered individuals who are selling or displaying any artwork or goods, other than refreshments. (Not applicable to galleries.)
- consider purchasing adequate liability insurance.

THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE WILL:
- maintain contact with artists to invite their participation and to answer questions.
- develop a budget and investigate sponsorship possibilities.
- supervise the creation of the map/brochure featuring the name and location of each participating artist who has paid the registration fee, as well as an image of his/her work.
- promote the Tour, including distributing the brochure, using this website and our Facebook page. Advertising/promotion generally begins in early July.
- post the brochure on various websites.
- arrange for the manufacture and distribution of signs; each new artist participating in the tour will receive two “A” signs. There will be a fee for any extra signs requested by artists. If a sign is damaged, goes missing, or deteriorates over time, it will be replaced free of charge. We ask that you cooperate by maintaining the signs so that they can be used for multiple years.
- assist with finding a venue for those artists who do not have a studio.
