10 local artists will be featuring pottery, quilts, cartoons, carvings, photos, graphite drawings, oil, acrylic and water colour paintings.
1. Joyce Debreuil is an accomplished quilter and will feature quilts and wallhangings.
2. Marcel Debreuil was a well known artist and art teacher who lived locally south of Morden for thirty years. He was well known for his circular shaped canvases and his style which he called "dream realism". Marcel was primarily an oil painter but he also worked in other mediums including pottery, pastel and landscape architecture. His work was shown in New York, Paris, London, Japan and Canada. Marcel's family will feature a few pieces still available.
3. Sandy Debreuil is a cartoonist and has published in the Winnipeg Sun and local newspapers. Sandy will feature his artwork and published books.
4. Jeannette Greaves is a photographer with 1250 photos published and recognized. She has received many National Awards as well as an International Award. Jeannette will feature nature and landscape framed prints and portraits plus all other photos on her laptop.
5. Joy Jackson is a local artist and will feature pencil drawings, portraits of clients, nature, pets and scenery.
6. Brenda Kreoker is a multi medium artist and will feature graphite and acrylic art as well as custom painted Christmas balls.
7. Jennifer Lawson is a water colour artist and was a long standing member of the Miami Art Group. Jennifer will feature framed landscape pictures.
8 & 9. Michelle and Terry Mansell have been doing pottery for five years. They began making pottery by taking classes at the Pembina Hills Art Gallery in Morden. They will feature mugs, bowls, teapots and pottery décor.
10.Bruce Riter is a multi medium carver. Bruce will feature carvings of wooden birds, feathers, canes also antler carvings.
